Eighth Day of My Low Carb Diet
It has snowed about a foot plus a half right here more than the final four to 5 days and it looks fantastic outside. Because yesterday was a Saturday we were finally able to appreciate the snow, instead of plowing and shoveling the driveway and sidewalks. We live on 10 acres, so our driveway is about a quarter of a mile lengthy. I have an old rider lawnmower with a snow blower rigged up on the front, so I do not have to shovel all week long. Even with this method it’ll take an hour or so to clear everything off. I have no concept how lengthy it would take if I didn’t have this piece of equipment. Continue reading

Low Carb Diet Day 18
My consumption yesterday was 2597 calories, 63 carbs and 120 grams of fat. Yes, I did go over my daily limit of 50 carbs per day. I was having a long day; first of all I woke just before 4 am and couldn’t get back to sleep. So I started my workout at 4:30 are, I typically start off about 6:30-7:00 am. Not merely that, but I did not visit sleep until close to midnight and I typically visit sleep about ten: 30-11:00 pm. I don’t do well when I’ve much less than 7 hours of sleep. Continue reading
