How to lose weight quickly? Many people who want to burn body fat want to do it as fast as possible. While it isn’t possible to burn 10 pounds of fat in a few days, it’s definitely possible to burn one to two pounds of fat per week. You just have to know some tips and tricks on how to do it. In this article you’ll read about three of them.

1. Track what you eat and drink

If you have no idea about how many calories you eat every day, “eating less” won’t be enough to lose weight fast (because you may still eat too much). You have to know exactly how many calories you eat. Track everything that you eat and drink (if it’s something that contains calories) and use fitness sites to estimate how many calories you eat a day.

Now that you know how many calories you eat every day, you should set your target daily calories to lose weight. If you want to lose weight fast, it’s a good idea to eat 20-30% calories less than your maintenance calories (there are many online calculators which will help you estimate your daily caloric needs). Tracking your calories every single day of your diet will surely help you lose weight faster.

2. Focus on natural unprocessed foods and avoid processed food

Your diet is the most important factor influencing your weight loss. If you eat too much, exercise won’t be enough to lose weight. If you want to lose weight fast, start with improving your diet.

Eating 20-30% less than your daily caloric needs is a good start. However, it isn’t only about calories – it’s also about nutrients. That’s why you should focus on healthy natural foods such as vegetables, fruits, nuts and whole grains and avoid poor in nutrients and non-satiating processed foods.

3. Exercise for at least a few hours a week

Once you start tracking calories and eating healthier, it’s time to introduce more exercise into your weekly schedule. If you want to burn body fat fast, exercise in a fasted state (e.g. in the morning).

Which exercises are the best for weight loss? Walking, jogging, cycling and swimming are great for everyone. Three one-hour swimming sessions will significantly speed up your weight loss.

These three simple tips are among the most effective tips on how to lose weight fast. Remember that losing weight isn’t about weight loss pills or supplements – it’s all about the proper diet and getting enough exercise. Don’t be lazy – you have to feel some pain in order to achieve your weight-loss goal.

To learn more about losing weight quickly, read my other tips on how to lose weight more quickly.

If you want to add inches to your arms, then you should learn about the DTP effect. This stands for Dramatic Transformation Principle and is something I found out about through Roger Lockridge’s work.

What is DTP?

Created by Kris Gethin, DTP is an intense training style that floods the targeted muscles with nutrient loaded blood while hitting the muscle fibers to create both volume and a defined physique. It consists of ten sets for a total of 300 repetitions while resting for forty-five seconds in between sets. To complete an exercise with DTP you lift the first set for fifty reps, the second for forty, the third for thirty, the fourth for twenty, the fifth for ten, and then go back up, lifting the sixth set for ten reps, the seventh for twenty, the eighth for thirty, the ninth for forty, and the tenth for fifty.

How to quickly build an inch of defined bicep muscle

For two months I decided that I would test the EZ-Bar Bicep Curl using DTP but with my own variation. To understand the variation you need to know that the Biceps are divided into two major parts, the Biceps Brachii, which is the interior of the Bicep, and the Brachialis, the exterior. To target these parts of the Biceps using the EZ-Bar you need two different hand placements. The first is the basic EZ-Bar Bicep Curl placement, which works the Biceps Brachii. The second is the Close-Grip EZ-Bar Curl, which works the Brachialis.

In order to perform my version of the EZ-Bar Curl using DTP, called Outward Inward EZ-Bar Curls, complete the first half of the repetitions of the set with the basic EZ-Bar Bicep Curl placement, then in a quick movement slide your hands into the Close-Grip placement to complete the second half of the set. Once a set is finished, rest for forty-five seconds and add weight, placing ten pounds to the EZ-Bar. At the end of two months, for a total of eight Bicep workouts, I personally was able to build an inch of muscle mass in my arms and create more defined and cut looking Biceps.

Tips for Outward Inward EZ-Bar Curls

. Perform the exercise and your Bicep workout only once a week. This ensures the Biceps a full recovery week after week. . A total of ten pounds, five on each side, is ideal when adding weight. Continue to add weight after each set until you have finished the first set of ten. Do not add weight after this set. Once you have completed your second set of ten, take ten pounds off, five from each side, and continue to do this until you have just the EZ-Bar for your tenth and final set. . Complete the exercise with a friend. It makes it easier and more fun. I got two friends to test the concpet with me and they both saw similar results to mine.

Probably the most basic methods to measure one’s level of fitness is by examining their resting pulse rate or some may call it average heart rate.

Essentially resting heart rate is a measurement of the number of your heart beats per minute or BPM while you’re in the relaxing state. The typical resting heartbeat rate is usually around seventy bpm.

Usually, sports athletes and the ones who do sports activities or workout regularly will have a lower resting heart beat, because their hearts can function really efficiently.

If your average heart beat rate is above 80 bpm, then your heart is probably working way too hard therefore you may not be in a very good condition.

And so, below are great tips to ensure that your average heart beat rate is low:

1. Exercise Regularly

This is probably the most important factor as to why your heart may not be functioning effectively. Heart is much like a muscle, you need to train it often. The more you train your heart, the healthier and stronger it’ll be. Any cardio workouts like running, aerobic exercises, bicycling, jumping is perfect for your heart.

2. Drink Plenty Of Water

Quite simply, stay hydrated. Water aids your blood circulation and circulate all through the body so be sure you drink a lot of water throughout the day, especially if you are living in a hot environment.

3. Get Sufficient Sleep

Be sure you get sufficient sleep. No less than eight hours of sleep every day. Sleep is an integral part of one’s well being. Many individuals experience illnesses because of lack of sleep.

4. Take it easy

Many people are afflicted by anxiety and stress in the world we’re living these days which isn’t suitable for your heart. Take a few minutes break from anything you are doing and relax your self. Practice it on a regular basis if you’d like to keep the resting heart rate normal. Go for a massage therapy every so often if you need to.

I'm trying to reduce my body fat percentage to about 10%. It's currently approximately 20%.

I do both cardio and weight exercises but I've come to the point where I'm not changing much any more and I really need to lower my body fat percentage to see the difference. Exercise alone will not achieve this but diet will.

Apparently reducing calories is not the answer but reducing the carbs and wheat is, but I really really don't want to do the Atkins diet because My cholesterol iis borderline high and my blood pressure is a tad high too!

Anybody got any suggestions?
