Losing Weight The Hard Way – Weigh-In #61

I just realized that next week my weigh-in will be on my BIRTHDAY! Aug 20th :D I have a lot of people asking me when I will start my blogtv.com show -- I will be starting it hopefully the 2nd week in SEPTEMBER. Thank you for your encouragement! I WILL be doing that... I just need to get some things sorted. This week: A weigh-in! And talk of transitioning from one eating plan to another, and becoming healthier...
