Fat reduction tablets – Slimming tablets good for health?
advertisements I see lots of advertisements showing pills for fat reduction, i just wanted to know whether those pills are good for health and doesn't have side effects.. i am mother of 5 months old son, after my delivery (C-section) i have gained lot of weight and i really wanted to reduce it sooner. Could anybody advise me??

I tend to doubt all the ads that push pills to lose weight and advise you to stick to the basics that you already know…get enough sleep, try to eat healthy foods, try to get a little exercise every day, even if it’s just walking the dog or walking your baby in the stroller. It may not be as fast as you desire, but it is a whole lot healthier!

All the fat reduction tablets have side effects. Best to excercise and control you diet.
It is not advisable to take any medication when you are feeding your baby.It is best to do the exercise prescribed by the doctor.Eat more fruits and salads along with your normal diet.Don’t overeat.Feeding mothers tend to eat more,not to worry.Go for walking in early morning before your baby wakes up.If there is nobody to take care of the baby then go for a walk in the evening along with the baby.
Rotate all your joints in whichever directions you can rotate.This is easy and you can do this twice a day also.Starting from 3 for each directions extend it day by day up to 20.Know all your joints and roll it slowly.It is important that surrounding areas of joints should get stretched.This is simple and very effective.

Find some time to excercise every day.. A brisk walk or a jog would be of help..Have control over your diet pattern.. Things will take care of themselves.. do not go for any medicines since your child is depending on you & you need to feed him
no my dear, more than the weight, wht matters is that whether ur fit and healthy, god has given us only one life, and we have to enjoy it, not worry abt silly stuffs like weight loss etc…u know, u must just walk for an hr everyday in the evening, eat all foods u like, and ur target must be to avoid health problems, and not lose weight, whats with it, it comes and goes, u must aim at staying healthy.
